Kepler Academy Welcomes Robert Gare as President

Kepler Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Gare as President, effective January 2026.

Following an extensive national search, Rob was selected to lead Kepler Academy’s continued growth across Alberta. He relocated from Manitoba to Alberta in August 2025 and has spent the past several months working closely with Kepler’s leadership team, gaining a deep understanding of our operations, culture, and communities.

Rob brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, with a strong background in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across multi-site organizations in highly regulated industries. His leadership is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and purpose.

A core principle of Rob’s approach is fostering a “care before commerce” culture — prioritizing the well-being of children, families, educators, and communities while ensuring long-term sustainability and quality.
