Apple Nachos


  • 1 apple (any kind will do) cut into 32 thin slices
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter/sunflower seed butter or chocolate sunflower seed butter, melted
  • 1-2 tsp of virgin coconut oil
  • 1 handful of nuts or seeds (slivered almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds) for sprinkling
  • Sprinkles! (optional)


  1. Arrange apple slices on a plate.
  2. Warm the peanut butter or sunflower seed butter and coconut oil in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, or until the coconut oil is melted. Drizzle this over apple slices with a spoon.
