Meet Harsimran Grewal
Harsimran brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to early childhood education. Before joining Westwind, she worked at Kepler West Block, where she played an integral role in fostering nurturing, play-based learning environments that supported both children and educators in their growth and development. She completed her studies in Early Childhood Education in 2019 in Toronto.
Throughout her career, Harsimran has successfully led multiple early learning programs across various locations, demonstrating strong leadership, and a dedication to building high-quality teams that deliver exceptional care and education. Her collaborative approach and handson leadership style have earned her the respect and trust of the families, staff, and community partners alike.
Her philosophy centers on the idea that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn through exploration and meaningful relationships.
