COVID-19 Update: New Mandatory Health Measures

An update for Parents in Edmonton, Spruce Grove, St. Albert and Sherwood Park:

On November 24, 2020, the Alberta Government announced enhanced public health measures to bend the COVID19 curve and slow transmission of the virus. No indoor social gatherings of any kind are allowed during this time. The measures are  to stay in place for at least three weeks, until mid-December, or until announced.

There are no new service restrictions on childcare at this time. We continue to follow AHS guidelines and support all families and children that attend our centres. All children and parents must wash and/or sanitize hands and take their temperatures upon entry and exit of our centres. Shoes are to be removed wherever possible to keep our centres very clean. Tours of our centres are conducted with strict guidelines in place for health and safety, to protect those that are actively attending care.
